A Healthy Homes Register account allows you to easily add and manage your properties in one place.

Fees

There is no cost to sign up as a property owner.

A one-time registration fee of $29.95 per property applies only after your property has been successfully added to the register and an invoice has been issued. Payment can be made via credit card or bank transfer.

A service fee of $5.95 applies only when replacement compliance statements are uploaded.
